Mint blue pastel dress - swing dress with high collar

Features a rare shade of mint blue pastel color.. i love pastel color but it's not always easy to find. Swing skirt with high collar and long sleeves (can be made longer/shorter sleeves).. If you choose mint just note "mint" in the height/note section of the order.  (Belt and petticoat not included)
